About me

I am a graduate with a BA (Hons) degree in Illustration & Animation, I left University under a year ago and I am now entering the job market in the field that I have been trained for.

I have the unique ability to move anywhere that is required of me, both within the UK and outside it. And I would relish the opportunity to move to a region I have not previously encountered.

I have both digital and traditional experience; however my most common method of working is the Adobe Illustration program Photoshop. I still greatly enjoy sketching traditionally and I rarely go anywhere without my sketchbook.

I am currently holding down various jobs around my home town, however these are part-time and I can leave these positions easily if another opportunity came up.

While the majority of my creative experience has been in illustration work, recently I have been working in a stylized method which seems to work very well, I recently won a competition in University called "Creative Juices" I was pitched against other students in different creative fields, we each created one piece each, and at the end of the competition one piece was chosen by a company to go into their office. My piece was a mounted canvas illustration, which gave me experience with printing and mounting.

Finally I would like to say that to be able to work in a creative field has always been my goal, and I have confidence in myself and I believe that in a creative industry I would thrive.
