I am writing in reference to the Marketing Design Manager role advertised through your agency and I attach my CV for your perusal.

I am a hardworking, focused and well-organised individual with seven years publishing experience and a strong determination to succeed. Innovative and forward thinking, I am pro-active in researching new technology to meet the demands of the business and changing market conditions. I have proven leadership qualities and management ability as well as being an excellent project manager. I have a very positive attitude and am highly motivated with the ability to build trust and rapport within the working environment and the team in which I manage. I thrive in a fast moving environment and have a lot of experience in resource management, currently managing a team of 14 people together with external freelancers and printers. Strong negotiation skills are one of my key strengths and I also have an excellent track record of delivering a quality product (both printed and web) with the ability to consistently meet and exceed deadlines.
