During my period in the role as Fulfillment Manager with Electric Word plc, I recruited and trained two new employees into her team, and retrained the existing team to exceed current market standards,and brought down order processing backlog to two days maximum, from about ten days' previously. I also worked closely with the finance team, and brought about changes in procedures which improved financial reporting and ease of reconciliation on over £2 million worth of subscription and conference cash receipts. I was also responsible for the testing of two new versions of CRM software, which lead to their successful roll-out, together with staff re-training and process redesign to take advantage of extended functionality.
