About me
Forming and leading a newly established design department at a digital advertising agency, The Advertising Club. I set up internal processes and systems too streamline and improve workflow and productivity. Mentoring, developing and coaching the creative team. Overseeing the quality of output for all internal and external creative work.
I worked closely with a variety of clients to find the right solution to their problem. Responsible for all projects being delivered on time and under budget. Successfully build and maintain client relationships. Proposed and implemented all visual design and front-end coding using HTML/CSS.
