About me

Through the knowledge I obtained in my degree in Film production and
the various roles I have worked as, as well as my personal attributes,
I believe I am a good candidate for an assistant or junior position
within a production company.

At university we developed and produced various projects (Short
Films) where I had the chance to undertake different roles at the time.
I am familiar with editing (Avid and Final Cut Pro) having undertaken
several subjects/practices at university, and also through the work
experience i gained as editor assistant in Hub TV. Lighting and
scene/set design have been roles which I hugely enjoy as I am a very
visual and creative person. I also have a good knowledge of camera work
and fully understand the the structures of scripts and pre- production
process. Good part of my education also taught me research methods and
organizational skills, recurring to many different sources to get the
desired outcome, as well as keeping all work to a deadline.
Working face to face to customers in retail and hospitality helped
my interpersonal skills developed to a great degree. I learnt to deal
with problems/situations on the spot , quick and fast, always keeping
my costumer service standards to a maximum. I also have vast experience
organizing events and large parties when i worked at cafe Bodega and
The Yard where i coordinated christmas events, birthday parties and
wedding receptions. I consider myself to perform very well under
pressure and to keep to tight schedules as well as being highly
organized and have good telephone manners.
