As a casting director par excellence, he has played a significant role in the early careers of notable personalities such as Coco Martin, Gerald Anderson, Enrique Gil, Jovit Baldivino, and Heath Jornales, giving them some of their first breaks in television commercials.
Throughout his career, he has worked with some of the country's leading companies, including Monde Nissin Corporation, Jollibee Foods Corporation, Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation, Unilever Philippines, Nestlé Philippines, Smart Communications, Globe Telecom, Wellmade Manufacturing Corporation, Turris Philippines Inc., and Fresh N' Famous Foods Inc.. Through these collaborations, he has helped structure, standardize, and streamline commercial casting processes for major brands.
As a talent developer and star builder, Roly has made his mark in television series, television commercials, and films.
