I am a motivated, reliable, honest and responsible person, who is always willing to learn and help others. working as a team with your colleagues can only make the Company stronger and in a prime position to secure more profits.

Customers must be offered excellent service which i produce, as they are the core of the business. New ideas must be offered to them on regular basis, for them to also increase their profits.

I enjoy setting targets, as you have to work towards a figure, and to implement a plan to achieve and exceed that target. I also like to motivate and encourage colleagues, as some Companies treat their staff like numbers, a happy employee is a productive employee who in turn is a profitable employee.

I have trained staff, done appraisals in order for them to improve their abilities and become professional workers. New business is of vital importance as you cannot survive just on existing business. You have to find a need for your customer, then find a solution to his/her need, then offer after sales service.

In the long term your customer doesn't buy your product ,but buys you. Always be aware of what your competitors are doing, but do not focus on them, focus on your own job.
