20 years experience overseeing brand identities, marketing campaigns, social media and branded content and literally 1000s of on-air promos for Discovery Networks, BBC and UKTV. I champion big ideas and brilliant talent, nurturing both with collaboration and craft. I am also a highly experienced copywriter and director.
I build and lead creative teams, in-house and agency-side, large and small, staff and freelance. I expect creative excellence and disruptive thinking, and in return offer strong stakeholder management, strategic and holistic direction and a close-knit family team culture.
My team at Discovery have twice won Best In-house Creative Team (Promax Global), Media Brand of the Year (Media Week) and Best Channel Marketing (Broadcast) alongside over 250 awards from PromaxBDA, Broadcast, Cannes Lions, Design Week, Clio and Edinburgh TV Festival.
I also operate as an advisory board member, coach and mentor, and work pro-bono for good causes and organisations.
