I'm all about the making. It's my passion. How you make things and the thinking and craft that goes into it, irrespective of format or medium, is just as important as the idea one seeks to make in the first place.

I'm a commercially focused operations executive with (digital) production and delivery expertise. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. An 18-year track record of success working in (digital and integrated) production and project management for over 15 years, 12 of which have been within an agency environment. Vast experience and proven track record of delivering digital and integrated solutions for both B2B and B2C focused brands, ranging from large-scale global CMS platforms and native application builds to global toolkits and integrated, social and digital campaigns. Accustomed to playing business critical roles and working with and managing large-scale multi-disciplinary project teams. Organised and focused, yet approachable and able to communicate and influence at all levels, from board directors to junior members of the team.

Currently based at Leo Burnett London where I head up the Digital Production department and delivery unit, refining and fine tuning the agency's resource capabilities and processes to provide a top quality 360° creative offering for clients as well as improving delivery and profit margins. I am also actively working on evolving Project Management into a fully integrated production and delivery-focused discipline to establish best practice across all communication deliverables and ensure consistent on time, on budget and on brief project delivery.
