Hello there !

My name is Roberto Lagerman and I'm writing you because I am interested in working for you.

As you can see from my CV, I have had the luck and pleasure of discovering and observing many places in the world which helped me to understand many different cultures and in particular many different music tastes. It also helped me in learning three languages fluently: English, Italian, Swedish.

This helped me a lot most of all in these last years where I discovered and appreciated even more different types of electronic music, also living in a music generation where genres are not a "thing" anymore helps in being constantly curious.

During my Music Production & Sound Engineering Master Diploma with Point Blank I understood that yes I want always to produce and perform my own music, but thank's to my character and because I really enjoy it I'm know more interested in in the "Business" side of the Music Industry, as working for a festival, as I've done with "Umbria Jazz" as you've seen from my previous experiences in my CV.

Three subjects of school helped me to understand this, which are:

-Music Industry: Where I've gained the knowledge of what is exactly the Music Industry in all of its diverse "forms". Developed organisation skills in the computer mainly with Google Drive

-Record Deals and Branding: In these lessons I understood the importance of Branding and Marketing in the Music Industry such as creating an Identity also visually and how to use the Social Media tools such as Facebook and Instagram.

-Music Entrepreneur: The assessment for this course was to organise an event in 7 weeks with other 3 students that I never met before. We organised the event at Rolling Stock, Shoreditch, which was a success because Rolling Stock wants us back.

I believe I am a suitable candidate because I consider myself as a driven, charismatic, dedicated and genuine person.

I also really really want to start my career as a Music Manager as well.

I am willing to learn as much as possible from every aspect that the Music Industry can offer, obviously giving my personal touch in planning, being supportive and create a nice and positive work environment, which is one of the most important things for me.

And I'm eligible to work legally in the United Kingdom
