About me

Robert Volten brings over two decades of marketing communications experience to his role as Managing Partner Clients at Chuck Studios, the Amsterdam-based specialist in food and drink photography and film.
In his role, Robert sits at the intersection of creative ambition, brand distinction and commercial opportunities. He is the person brands trust to understand not just what they need, but what they don't yet know they need — translating briefs into work that is both strategically sharp and visually compelling.

Before joining Chuck Studios, he served as Global Brand Lead at TBWA Amsterdam, TBWA Shanghai and MedaMonks across multiple clients.
His work has been recognized with multiple Cannes Lions, ADCN Lamps and a talent of the year at the start of his career. He currently sits on the Esprix Awards jury and has judged the Coolest Dutch Brands.

At Chuck Studios, Robert leads client relationships with some of the world's most iconic food and drink brands — including Heineken, McDonald's, KFC, PepsiCo, Mars and Doritos — combining commercial sharpness with a genuine passion for craft.
