About me

A self-shooting Producer/Director; I've discovered Bigfoot in America and driven through 25ft concrete walls (Top Gear, BBC), toured Britain by bike with Larry and George Lamb (C5) as well as film some of the largest demolitions in the UK (Scrap Kings, Discovery+) and uncover sexual practices hidden behind people's front doors (Adults Only!, C5). I've worked across Factual, Obs- Doc, News and Fact-Ent genres, always looking to push myself and give myself the knowledge to adapt to a wide range of production roles and editorial challenges.

KEY SKILLS

- Sony FX9, FX6, FS7, A7S and Canon C300, 5D camera operator with variable and prime lenses. PXWZ280 and other 'run and gun' cameras. Confident rigging Go-Pros and operating the Ronin-S gimbal and utilising a range of sliders.
- GVC and A2CofC certified (CAA) for commercial UAV/Drone work. Mavic 3 owner with £1 million PLI insurance.
- Production - confident generating ideas, writing scripts and delivering films on time and on budget as well as
sourcing contributors, locations and props.
- Sound Recordist using Sennheiser 416, G3 and G4 as well as Rode NTG3 microphones, SQN 4S + 5S mixers.
- Broadcast Journalist - produced bulletins, written scripts, edited material and conducted research for
broadcast television; confident booking contributors, working on location and on the planning desk.
- Experienced at co-ordinating projects with large budgets (£500,000+) and tight deadlines.
- Can source and clear archive for broadcast, UGC, music, stills and video. Valid USA iVisa until Sept 2023.
- Full Driver's Licence, IAM member and DBS checked. BBC training in Health and Safety.
