About me
An experienced marketing professional with over ten years in the energy industry. My passion is working on innovations having started our product development function within the GB business and laterally working within our Irish business to establish new technology solution for customers through agile delivery. Having created a multi-disciplinary team across various functions from brand, product, content, digital, sales enablement and channel management, setting out the strategic direct and then delivering the actual outcomes is a key strength. I am a hands on leader but over my career have continually reflected on how we can establish leadership at all levels within the teams to drive accountability and decision making to the lowest levels where there is sufficient competence.
My creative eye for product innovation stretches from ideation through to successful market launch and into ongoing reporting maintenance as we hand off into the main business to continue developing our suite.
Through consistent iterations of product and proposition development I have refined our market positioning for both internal and external customers, and by creating the commercial business models required to underpin investment in either marketing strategies or strategic partnerships I have been lucky enough to help shape our business allowing us to adjust to customer needs.
