Rob Bateman is reassuringly restless. He likes

to understand everything, and has a relentless

desire to drive the future of New Media.

It began early. From a young age Rob was pulling

things apart trying to figure out how they were

constructed.

His natural evolution into Film and Television

brought great rewards - and played to his natural

strengths. 'Understanding the future' was

in his DNA; the fast moving and ever changing

world of technology, fused with effective

communication, this is where Rob excelled.

Rob worked with some leading agencies and

studios in New Zealand, where he gained

valuable experience in motion graphics

design and branding philosophies.

But still he wasn't ready to sit still. His quest for

the bigger picture led him to London in 2004,

where he now lives, and he has worked for some

of the world's biggest and respected brands.

In 2007, Rob accepted a position with Show

Presentation Services, a leading live events

agency. Managing the digital studio, he was

able to combine his broadcast motion design

background with the live event technology truly

taking the studio into the future._ Rob also dealt

with the day to day operation of the thriving

studio, which included 2D and 3D artists,

editors and web specialists.

Rob has a passion to create and understand

excellent motion design and utilise the latest

technology to achieve stronger and more

powerful communication.
