About me

I have many years of creative thinking experience within the visual communication profession. As a seasoned creative I have a developed skill for making connections, my knowledge and insight through years of artistic theory, application and reflection have nurtured an intuitive understanding of what is a great creative idea. A great idea communicates immediately, creating a reaction from the viewer, it is often audible - a sigh, a grunt, a laugh or a gasp; it may command a smile or elicit a tear. A great idea can be articulated while not having to be explained, facilitating consensus or spurring debate, it may generate enthusiasm or happiness, or be angry, violent or calming.

A great idea is not taken from a design manual, it isn't the result of combining parts of three or more ideas or the latest computer technique, trend, gimmick or style. A great creative idea requires no thought but at the same time stimulates thinking.
