About me

My employment with Barworks Ltd. has enabled me to develop a broad set of skills, both professional and personal, including accepting challenges, something I do with confidence.

Throughout my four years of management experience, including opening a new venue, I had the opportunity to prove my ability to successfully train and manage staff; to establish daily operational systems, ensuring progress and deadlines were met; to maintain records and perform numerical calculations with accuracy; and to effectively resolve problem situations using tact, thus creating a long-term client base.

Teamwork is another skill I have acquired and one I know is necessary for organizational consistency. I am equally comfortable working independently and you can trust me to work unsupervised.

Having worked at the Front-of-House for a number of years, I enjoy working with the public and I have had the opportunity to acquire excellent communication skills, always maintaining a gracious and professional manner. Dedicated to providing an excellent service, I am a motivator and a quick learner with pride in being committed and hard working.
