About me

Dear Sir/Madam,

First of all I would like to introduce myself. My name is Ridho Utama and I recently graduated from University of California, San Diego with a degree in communication. I am submitting my resume in consideration for the position at the company.

It has always been my interest to work in the media field. I have developed interest in the media since I was a teenager. My interest in the media started from my fascination of popular culture. Specifically in the media I would really like to work in movies, TV, or magazine. I would really like to have an on hands experience in production of media product(s). I am also very interested in the work of organizing media events.

As for my experience, I have not had much experience in the media field, but I have however work in a non-profit organization in Indonesia, which focuses on women's rights issue. The work that I have done over there included writing summary and taking notes for workshops that they conducted. I would say I have a strong writing skill. I also like to consider myself a creative writer. I wrote a screenplay when I was studying in Australia and I like to write about out-of-the-box ideas. In addition, I am an avid social media user. I can operate websites such as twitter and tumblr. I think social media is a great platform to express ideas and to influence other people.

Having lived in both Indonesia and Australia, I would like to bring my diverse background and experience to the team. I also have a good communication skill in both verbal and written that I could offer for the team. Finally, I would like to thank you for your time and consideration.
