About me

My name is Rico Griffiths-Taitte. I am an illustrator and concept artist. I am very interested in applying for roles that are concept based, or illustrative for games and/or editorials. I have been doing editorial illustrations for over 5 years, providing a visual enhancement to the articles of that time. I found great satisfaction in receiving scripts and briefs that would allow my imagination to run riot. A well-met design speaks volumes of the kind of person that I am, as a good communicator and listener.

I am currently working in a bank as an Audio Visual technician, which is not conducive to my creative mind. My current salary is £18,000, and does not offer me job satisfaction, which is why I need to pursue my quest for the creative arena.

I am absolutely flexible enough to relocate anywhere, doing what I do best. I have a passion to work in Amsterdam, Brazil, America and London. If working in London, my preferred location is central London.

I mentioned earlier about accepting what I am, and as a matter of consequence, I love what I do. Art offers me new disciplines and creative freedom to approach each project, as it takes already existing information to the next level.

I am an illustrator and have realised that this is my life's ambition. I feel that it is my calling to communicate through illustration and design
