About me

With twenty years of proven expertise in e-commerce and digital, Richard has led numerous award-winning projects for global brands in retail, luxury and hospitality, including Soho House, La Perla, Mulberry and The Macallan.

As Like Digital's Chief Digital Officer, Richard works between the UK and MENA offices, leading the company's technical vision and bringing into play his experience across the technological, operational and experiential aspects of digital businesses to ultimately drive revenue and retention.

Richard has extensive hands-on technical experience with the leading e-commerce platforms, with particular expertise in SaaS and MACH.

Like Digital are an Elite partner of BigCommerce, with Richard being an advisory agency partner panel member.
