Richard has a wealth of agency and client-side experience in both B2C and B2B markets, and within the consumer electronics and IT sectors in particular.

Balancing creativity with commercial objectives, he's created content for websites and other digital platforms (including e-commerce sites), scripted videos and radio ads, and written white papers, brochures, data sheets, case studies, ads, press releases and more.

Richard's experience includes full-time copywriting positions at Sony - as chief writer for the pan-European VAIO PC launch campaign - and Anite Systems, plus freelance work for clients including Dell and Pioneer. In , he worked (on contract) as a digital copywriter for a global business services provider, creating 1500 SEO-friendly web pages - and continues to provide copy to SGS even today.

Richard has also developed and delivered a number of copywriting training modules and one-day courses, designed to help organisations communicate more effectively.
