About me

My name is Richard Mills and I have been working in the design industry for five years since graduating in 2002 with a 2:1 (HONS) degree in Product Design BSc. I am a confident user of both Mac and PC, and am comfortable using many industry standard programs as outlined in my accompanying CV. I have had success building brands and product ranges for many past employees and have also been part of fruitful design collaborations from around the world.

As you can see from my CV, I've taken the opportunity to gain extra experience where I can to immerse myself within all aspects of the design industry. For example I have provided work for exhibitions and even launched several of my own designs and taken part in competitions and awards. These have helped me in my previous positions as an all-round designer by translating these skills in to not just designing successful products but also establishing an understanding of what it takes to make a product successful. This can be seen in my work designing exhibition stands, developing brands and experience in branding and advertising.
