About me

I have many years' experience in application support both in a business capacity and also for friends, family and colleagues. I am a competent person who has successfully built my own network which manages both CCTV camera, entertainment and remote access.

I am able to work alone using my own initiative and have done this on many occasions throughout my career. I also am a team player with a "can do" attitude, always willing to be upskilled and learn from fellow colleagues.

Being out of my comfort zone and being challenged to find better solutions is really rewarding for me. As a forward thinker, problem solving is one of my key strengths.

Whilst employed as a Multi Skilled Operator in Television industry which also covered all IT support, I was responsible for setting up, managing and monitoring storage space and content.

I understand the needs and goals of the customer, this was priority within the television sector, any down time would be limited as every minute costs the client money.

I feel I have a lot to offer an employer, I can be flexible to suit the needs of the business and although I have vast amount of knowledge, I am always keen to learn new skills and keep updated with changes within the IT industry.
