I am writing to you in relation to the Senior Designer / Art Director job offer

First I would like to briefly introduce myself:

I'm a Creative Director currently active, leading the design department of a big multinational, wanting to improve and find new professional challenges.

With a proven track record of 16 years in the graphic art industry, I have worked in the development of multinational brands, providing creative strategies and been responsible for product management and corporate identity.

Keeping a close relationship between suppliers and manufacturers in Asia and Europe-America and Middle East costumers.

The management of the product image, branding and the creation of catalogs, printing management, advertising campaigns on / off line, events, etc ... are part of my regular job and my professional motivation.

What I can offer you:

- At least 5 years' experience in an in-house creative management role for a well-known brand

- Ability to take already established brand guidelines and produce creative design that is consistently aspirational.

- People management experience, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop a creative team to over-achieve.

- Must possess a thorough understanding of interactive communications and delivery systems, processes, and user interface design as well as industry best practices

- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, photography, typography, printing and the web; must have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers

- Print and web design capabilities: must know how to work in both media for integrated campaigns

- A creative eye for detail and an ability to make evaluative judgments

- To demonstrate competency of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and InDesign software.

- To demonstrate an ability to work to a high and professional standard.

- To be self-motivated and driven with a proven track record of achieving deadlines.

- Work well as part of a team and have credibility across departments at all levels

- Have a genuine interest in social and cultural trends and fashions.
