About me

Dear Sir/Madam,

I graduated from the University of Hertfordshire, having studied and achieved a '2.1' B.A. (Hons) in Interior Architecture and Design. You are currently advertising for a Design assistant and I would like to be considered for the position.

As you can see from my CV, designing presentations and creating presentation packs for projects is a skill of mine. I feel confident in my ability to present clear, creative and concise presentations. I have lots of experience producing and delivering presentations, and I even had to opportunity to present to RIBA.

I have used Photoshop and InDesign for approximately 3 years. With this practice and my knowledge of the programs I am confident in my skills and my ability to produce a high standard of work. I also have experience with 3D modeling programs such as SketchUp, Rhino and Maya and can produce proficient technical drawings on Vectorworks and AutoCAD. I am good at model making and I enjoy it a lot. I have experience using several different materials and I know my way around a workshop.

Having worked full time I know the importance of teamwork and being a motivated energetic employee. I would actively contribute to the team and I get along with people easily so assisting with the designing would be something I look forward too. I would use the opportunity to learn and gain insight to the creative industry and gain experience on a day to day basis.
