About me
Rhys Williams is a director and editor, based in London. He has worked on a wide range of film projects through his years within the industry. These include news and current affairs work, for companies such as the Press Association, a couple of years as a filmmaker for the Houses of Parliament, where he made over 50 films with Lords, Baronesses, MPs and Parliamentary departments. He has worked with production companies on live events, such as Parliamentary committees for Bowtie Television. He has directed TV series, such as reality shows for companies including Peninsula Films. Rhys has also directed and edited a number of music videos, for both signed and unsigned artists, winning awards for some, including MTV Boom awards for 'Best Director' and 'Best Video'. He has also filmed and edited short films for a range of clients.
Outside of production, Rhys has taught young people, including creating his own youth club to go into schools to teach practical filmmaking to children
