About me

I am an extremely passionate Graphic Designer with a strong eye for detail and a will to develop my skills further. I currently work within a small design team in Shrewsbury and I am looking to broaden my skills within a larger design company or publishers. I am willing to re-locate to gain opportunity and experience. I have worked on a number of varied projects from clothing catalogues and brochures through to branding and advertising campaigns. Many of my tasks include ideas and concepts, mocking up and presenting ideas, setting artwork up for print, printing , dealing with commissioned photography, enhancing images and seeing project through to fruition.

I am competent taking a project form client brief through to print and have very good communication skills both verbal and visual. Liasing with clients and suppliers plays a major roll in my current job. I am experienced in using the following programmes: CS2, Illustrator, InDesign, Quark Xpress and Photoshop . I am proficient using Microsoft software and have good office skills.

I graduated last year from the University of Central Lancashire and have recently had my work selected by the D&AD awards and my work is printed in the 2006 D&AD Student Awards Annual.
