About me
In 1994, after some years as Art Director in pioneer Animàtica studio in Barcelona, Remo joined the Virgin Interactive team in California to work on Clive Barker's video game Ectosphere.
He then joined the Digital Domain crew in Venice, CA., collaborating with directors Jean Luc Besson (The Fifth Element) and James Cameron (Titanic).
About three years later, Remo set his residence in Hawai'i to work on the first full photorealistic CG feature film (Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within) by Hironobu Sakaguchi as VFX Supervisor.
Work sometimes takes him to remote locations as Iceland (Nickel Odeon's "Lazytown") and New Zealand (Starz's Spartacus:War Of The Damned").
Remo supervised VFX artist teams in productions such as "Hawaii Five-0", "Xmen 2", "Superman Returns" and Roland Emmerich's "The Day After Tomorrow" for which he was honored with the "British Academy Of Film & Television Arts" (BAFTA) award.
