About me

My name is Clayton Richards, and I am a graphic designer based in Carmarthen, Wales. I operate under the brand name 'Release! Graphics', a name I chose because of my ambition to "set great designs free".

My specialties in graphic design are largely based in print, especially branding, text-handling, package design and various forms of illustration. I also have growing skills in animation and web-coding. I take inspiration from both the geometrics and grid-layout of modernism, and the experimental, personalised nature of postmodernism.

What I love to do the most when I design is innovate! I love to push the boundaries of both myself and the field, and come up with creative, out-of-the-box ways of making designs both memorable and individual whilst still remaining functional and legible in everyday use.
