Hello

My name is Reiss Butler from East London and I am a hungry designer screaming to be apart of a design team that will test and push my skills! I could be a breath of fresh creativity within your team! I have recently been a part creative marketing agency ‘Method Two Creative'. Here I was part of the creative team as a graphic designer, However I had the role of advising on creative direction. I was working on Pitches for clients such as Shredded Wheat, Superfruity, Stella Artois, Bulldog Gin, Oats & More. Main areas of design was Editorial design and Branding (which Is the area of design I would like to work in). I have been working Freelance, Temp working to keep me enthusiastic!! Before this a 3 month internship with a digital design company called WeLove 72, where I dealt with high profile clients and was involved with the creative direction teams pitching for new clients whilst being taught valuable lessons by the creative director and senior designers. Before this I was teaching graphic design at Barking college whilst on my studies. I graduated in July 2010 from the University for the Creative Arts, receiving a BA Hons Graphic Media degree at a high 2:1 level! I am now looking for Full-time employment!

My skills and Knowledge are very advanced for my age as a designer. I believe that skills are nothing without knowledge, so my graphic design theory and creative direction is my number one priority. I have high grades, good references, positive feedback from teachers, employers and clients, 2 years experience as a graphic design teacher, 2 years freelancing experience, industry experience and 6 years of dedication to the art I love!

My strong points and interests are: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Editorial, Typography, Branding, Advertising, Graphic Design theory, Confidence, Good talker and a personality that stands out and appeals to everyone.

I also have a working knowledge of Flash and Dreamweaver, however am always learning and progressing.
