About me

Reece Alexander is a is a 27-year-old electronic producer, composer & sound designer from Metropolitan Essex. He has been making music ever since he was fifteen years old, and has experimented with various genres throughout that time. He also produces music under the Ruffien & Orphique aliases, and has released his own music on numerous underground record labels around Europe.

In terms of film compositions, Reece specialises in synthesis and ambience. His method of work is meticulous in detail, but very quick in approach. When it comes to collaborative efforts, he seeks the best possible end product in any project that he participates in.

At a young age, Reece's first love was the art of cinema. Later on in life came music. It was a goal of his to bridge a gap between those two passions and pursue a career in film composition and sound design. In 2018, he graduated at the London College of Communication, after studying for three years in Sound Art & Design. That was when he realized that his journey has just begun.
