Illustration for Swisss national newspaper Le Temps for an article about addiction to technology and apps, in which a lab mouse runs in an endless loop to swallow as many notifications as possible. I made a still version of the art for use in print and an animated version for the web article.

The endless stream of app notifications dripping from the bottle infinitely, but which the mouse can't quite ever reach as it runs with futility on a looping wheel, represent the addiction to apps and notifications discussed in the article, and how it's never enough.
