To Whom It May Concern;

My name is Rebecca Zanetti, I have just moved to London and am excited to continue to develop and expand my career in the fashion industry.

I am writing to express my interest in the advertised position of Product Copy Writer. I believe that I am more than suitable for the role as I have over one year experience working as an ecommerce and production assistant for a leading Australian online store; Beginning Boutique (bb).

During my time at Beginning Boutique I learned to use both Shopify and Magento platforms. I was responsible for writing creative, accurate and engaging content that was easy to understand and appealing to our customer base. I was also responsible for creating product shells, uploading product pictures and adding SEO meta data to attract new and unique visitors.

I assisted in the writing of additional content both for the website and email distribution. I occasionally wrote features for the blog which I thoroughly enjoyed doing. I assisted in many other areas including receiving stock, quality control, stock take, data entry, product design, ordering stock and basic accounting; skills which I believe may also be of benefit to the position.

During my time at Beginning Boutique I was able to demonstrate that I am an enthusiastic worker with a great eye for detail. I am a creative thinker, and like to use initiative to come up with effective solutions.

I have completed an Advanced Diploma of Fashion Design & Technology and have over 5 years experience working in fashion retail.

The clothing and footwear industries are my passion and I would like to further my career in ecommerce, I am also interested in further developing my skills in other areas such as merchandising and PR.
