Right now

I am actively seeking new employment within central/greater London and Surrey. I live in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey with my partner, and would consider a temporary relocation contract in Europe - but this would need to be discussed in more detail.

I currently work at an internal design studio, based in Holborn, at Cancer Research UK, making up a small three-man-team, including the manager. When starting this position over two and a half years ago I was brought in at a junior level. However the manager has left on maternity leave, and due to reduced days and hours over the past months, I have held her responsibility for a significant amount of time. Also, previously in 2005 the manager was absent for a significant period of time, in which I also took on her role.

For the most part of my time in this role I have acted above my junior level and feel that I need to be placed in a position that can give more responsibility and progression in a creative environment. With the majority of briefs taken on I liaise direct with clients, arrange print, materials, art direction and photography. Managing my own time and meeting deadlines is standard.
