About me

I have recently completed my studies at Manchester Metropolitan University, where I undertook a Design and Art Direction degree in which I achieved a grade of 2.1. On this course, I gained great researching, writing, typing, computing and editing skills. I am proficient in all aspects of Adobe Creative Suite, specialising in Illustrator and Photoshop. I have a strong passion for print design coupled with an interest in layout design.

I have five years experience in retail where I have worked for Topshop and developed excellent people skills and customer facing skills, managed small teams, I also helped with recruitment, administration (payroll & holiday requests) money management skills and visual merchandising to boost sales.

My current role is as a Visual Merchandiser for specific trends to increase sales. This role has given me a keen eye for what works and what doesn't in fashion terms, a skill that I feel works to compliment my skills as a designer. I am hard working, friendly, polite, committed, and punctual and enjoy working in a fast paced environment where I can contribute to the team to make a success of myself and the team.

I feel that I am right for your company because I am a very passionate person who thrives in whatever work I do. I am eager to start my design career and work within a graphic design team.

I am very willing to relocate.
