About me

He is an Art Director and multi-disciplinary creative specialized in interactive, spatial and communication design. His passion is in creative innovation and emerging media. Currently working as Art Director at AKQA London, on brands such as Nike+ Digital Sports, Nike+ Fuelband, Nike Running, Nike Training Club and focusing on art direction, interaction design, and digital user experience.

Prior to AKQA, Ray worked at Wieden+Kennedy Shanghai as Senior Interactive Creative, on brands such as Nike, Converse, Levis, Tiffany, Clinique, creating interactive product and installation pieces.

He has always sought continual opportunities to expand his portfolio of work collaborating with interesting brands and groups. He is the founder, art director and designer of MEDIA ARC, collaborating with brands such as Fabrica, Watami, and Siggraph. One of his major works includes the spatial design of the exhibition venue for ACM Siggraph Travelling Art Show, which won the 2007 HKDA awards.

Besides commercial work, he took part in a social design project (So...Soap!). Using design to transform the community environment for better living. This project won the One Show Design Bronze Pencil in 2012.

In 2013, he represented Greater China (W+K) to join the Cannes Young Lions Competition in Cyber Category.
