About me
I have a Masters degree in International Design Business Management from Aalto University, Finland. I am a UX and Service Designer with seven years of experience working on diverse creative projects for global organizations in Finland, USA and India. Some of the major organizations include Konecranes, Rovio, Wartsila, Axe, Gillette, Oral-B, Walmart, Dannon, Planters Peanuts, LG and Future Group. I have been working on the cross-section of design, business and technology with focus on user experience, strategy and service design. I am well versed with application of service design methods like benchmarking, customer journey maps, use case scenarios, personas, system maps, service blueprint, prototyping and wireframes and so on.
