About me

I'm an Implementation Specialist, working in the Print industry (B2B). Over the past year, I have developed a keen interest in the User interface/User experience space.

My current role in implementation has taught me how UI/UX can improve client site engagement and ensure each site visit converts into a print material purchase.

I also understand the client's user journey from when they first log in to their sites all the way to check out. Furthermore, coming from a customer-centric background, working several years in retail: solving customer queries and building solutions for customer-facing and internal tools.

I have been proactive in broadening my knowledge and experience by reading case studies, engaging in the community and staying up to date with the information in the space. Predominantly via Medium.
