I'm a well-mannered, articulate and hardworking customer care/ administrator who has invaluable experience of providing a professional and efficient service to customers.

I have completed my final academic year at University and have graduated, where I was studying a BSc in Virtual Reality Design. Over the years I have come to use and be familiar with certain applications like 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, AutoDesk Architectural Desktop, Multi-Gen Creator and basic knowledge of Macromedia (Dream weaver, Flash and Director) and VRML (Cortona).

I have strong verbal, written and listening skills. I am computer literate and able to negotiate and problem solve quickly, accurately and efficiently whilst interacting with all levels of the organisation and public. I am looking forward to making a significant contribution to the growth of an ambitious company.

Previous employment was as a Vehicle Purchaser/ Site Manager which was for a duration of 3 years. The position mostly entailed customer service and the inspection an valuation of vehicles.
