About me

I have 3+ years of experience working as a graphic designer.

Currently, I have been working as a freelance designer on several projects for Manpower and Nitritex designing infographics, monthly reports, annual reviews, brochures, packaging artworks and other design materials.

Prior to this, I worked full time at Nitritex, Newmarket. My role involved delivering creative artwork following brand guidelines. Examples include brochures, leaflets, exhibition backdrops and stands for major sales events, posters, web banners, catalogues and email campaigns. My duties also revolved around: Redesigning, amending/updating existing product packaging artworks, labelling, altering and manipulating imagery and photography as required. I also did regular product photography for catalogues and email campaigns.

I worked closely within the marketing team to develop the leading designs. I liaised with other team members regarding design queries. I also mentored an intern by supervising his work and supporting him with his learning needs.

Before this, I was working for AllYearbooks where I designed book covers based on the briefs provided by the customers. I also designed book cover templates so customers could have a wide range of designs to choose from. I re-designed their website, created print-based materials like posters and banners for marketing purposes.

I am well versed with MAC OS and Windows. I have in-depth knowledge and experience of working with Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator. I have a good working knowledge of AfterEffects, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Prezi, HTML, CSS and Powerpoint/ Word.
