I would like to apply for the editing position. I believe my experience that expands over several years in the media industry and my deep understanding of the two major editing tools - Avid Media Composer and Adobe Premiere Pro would make me a great asset for your company. Thanks to my journalistic background I have an extensive knowledge of editing news and documentaries for broadcasting companies. I have also recently graduated from master course in film so I am sure I could creatively contribute towards your team. Thanks to my postgraduate film studies, I am also familiar with cinematography and directing skills - I know how create a storyboard, how to visually treat a script/idea, how to run a set and how to approach actors.
