About me

Firstly lets get the introductions out of the way, my name is Rachel Lilley and you should probably know I am a big fan of extreme sports and the life style and culture it promotes. I would describe myself as someone who'll try anything once. Personally I think working for a company you are passionate about makes you an extremely valuable asset! I am passionate about snowboarding and surfing, although admittedly a lot better at snowboarding!! I have worked in many different area's marketing, gym membership sales, shop assistant, gym instructor, lifeguard, accountant and now I am on a graduate scheme with Barratt Homes, learning every aspect of the business from finance through to construction. I completed a degree in product development for the fashion industry last year gaining a 2:1, which gave me a real insight into the industry, materials used, how to market a product both from a marketers and designers perspective, and the life cycle of a product and how to prolong it. I am extremely driven and give 110% with everything I do, but just think what I could do with a brand and product I am enthusiastic about.
