Rachel's work

As a recent graduate I feel that I am ideally placed to enter any area of 3D desgn. I am passionate about new idea development and problem solving. I enjoy all aspects of the design process from research to technical drawings. During my degree I have learnt how to demonstrate my ideas both visually and verbally. I can judge a product's qualities aesthetically but also technically with my knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes. I use relevant computer programs for the design and development of projects. In addition to my computer skills I make hard models of my designs using wood, metal and plastics. I have used new technology such as rapid prototyping and laser cutting and have dealt with manufacturers.
