Hi,
I am currently the creative operations manager for the european creative team at The Walt Disney Company, where I manage the studio operations including processes and workflow and work across all major lines of business to ensure creative meets the business needs on time and on budget. Day to day, I run the schedule for the studio and the creative budget, working very closely with the design team & design manager. In my previous role as Commercial Manager at Watermelon, I was instrumental in creating and implementing new strategies and ways of working to deliver creatively and efficiently as well as running all commercial aspects of the business.
