I am a Technical Director with over a decade of experience architecting high-impact digital products and scaling engineering teams across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms.

My journey began at 24 as a junior Rich Media Developer, crafting immersive HTML5 animations and interactive microsites. Driven by a constant desire to push technical boundaries, I transitioned from writing code to shaping regional engineering strategy. Today, at 35, I lead a high-performing hub of 45 engineers and QA specialists in Vietnam, directing operations to deliver world-class digital experiences for global clients.

I thrive at the intersection of technology, strategy, and leadership, balancing pixel-perfect execution with velocity, mentoring technical talent, and establishing modern engineering practices.

Over the past 5 years, I have specialized in building and scaling offshore engineering ecosystems in Vietnam. Having recently scaled our local office from 30 to over 60 professionals in the span of 16 months, I bridge geographical gaps by establishing robust delivery models, aligning engineering standards, and coaching local leadership. This ensures seamless, high-trust collaboration with product and business stakeholders across multiple timezones.
