Redesign of the entire portfolio of retail branches.

Process included workshop consultation, using customer and behavioural data to inform the design outcomes of the retail environments. Including creative direction and design direction, service design, digital touchpoint concepts and hands on design for the project from start to handover of design documentation and detail drawings and specification for roll out.

The outcome is the creation of fresh forward looking adaptable spaces and systems that are designed around people.
