The Brief: Challenge: For Shazé known for thoughtful products, gifting felt transactional – a box, a receipt, and a hope for delight. The traditional experience felt incomplete and missed the magic of gifting. It lacked the personal touch that resonated with our brand values. Beyond the product itself, how could we elevate the gifting experience for both the giver and receiver?
Mediums: Experience Centres (Retail outlets)
Concept: "Everyday Extraordinary" revolutionized gifting, transforming it into an extension of the brand"s core value: thoughtfulness. We envisioned gifting as a pillar of the brand, extending our thoughtful design principles beyond the product. Our solution, "Everyday Extraordinary Gifting," is a holistic gifting experience that transforms the act of giving into a meaningful gesture. Through the gifting station, the idea was to create a playful shopping experience zone for the category itself. Revisiting the quintessential charm of a carousel, the gifting accessories would sit atop the stands with a glass cloche so each piece could be discovered in a delightful interaction.
Execution:
1. Gifting Station - The 2 tier turntable is designed to resembles a re-imagined carnival carousel. Each element sits within a glass cloche to make the discovery delightful. The idea was to also integrte a shopping experience when selecting the gifting ensemble.

Interraction - 70% increase
Direct social inquiries - 37% increase
