Greece is a summer country. We all know that. Both Greeks and tourist that visit the country mostly – if not exclusively – during summertime. So, if in every other part of the world it’s kind of weird to say that you love winter, one can imagine that expressing the same opinion in Greece, is mind-blowing.

“Happy Winter Guy” is purely a storytelling idea where the classic ‘meet the parents for the first time’ situation turns all wrong when the future son in law makes the mistake of expressing publicly that he loves winter. Parents’ and guests’ reactions to this unbelievable statement as captured in this film make the idea even more unique and strong, while at the same time giving a Peter Sheller’s kind of party vibe to the audience.
