ABOUT

The HMO Agency Blueprint is a 12-month training and accountability program designed to guide property owners through the steps to transform their business into thriving, highly profitable ventures that allows them to reclaim their time.

THE CHALLENGE:
Starting from ground zero, Mo Haykir grew his own HMO (houses of multiple occupation) agency to an astounding 370 rooms, generating £30k/month in revenue, with an impressive net profit margin of 47%.

The challenge was to design a positive and direct brand for the HMO Agency Blueprint that would contribute towards Mo’s vision to make a positive impact on the lives of HMO Agency owners, by helping them to transform their agency and maximise their potential.

THE CONCEPT:
A brand that shows a commitment to uncovering hidden details and ushering in a renewed sense of transparency and understanding to HMO property agency owners.

The acronym HAB is merged into one bold shape providing solid and strong foundations. Representing bringing together aspects of the property agency journey, embodying a fusion of strength and unity. Inside this cohesive shape, the brand name nestles comfortably within the contours, creating a sleek and contemporary design.

The logo shape can be used as a versatile frame to hold images within its boundaries, or used as a tool to create intrigue using the block logo to obscure certain parts of images, leaving room for imagination. Eventually uncovering the unseen and guiding clients towards a clearer and more enlightened perspective. A vibrant and dynamic colour palette enhances the brand's impact, creating a compelling contrast that underscores its bold statement.
