Worked with external and internal digital content, both in digital marketing and managing a global intranet. I go beyond just handling the content however, and engage with stakeholders to truly understand the narratives surrounding this content and how to channel it most effectively to suit my clients' intentions. I make a point to connect across departments to get the bigger perspective and see how everything fits together into a cohesive flow.
I've managed CRM and intranet audits, collaborating with contact and content owners to clean up systems, helping to reorientate and refocus attention on what matters.
I also have a design background, offering insight into page layouts, while delivering graphic visual assets to enhance the user experience. This attention to detail served me well when I set up an audio-visual function, recording and editing audio and video content to engage contacts.
