TVN7 was known for re-runs of movies and series shown first on TVN, Poland’s leading free-to-air broadcaster. But recently, TVN7 has established itself as a top 5 contender in the Polish market for light entertainment by investing in original programming that gets 5% SHR daily
This new market position needed a new brand look to support its easy- viewing escapism for 18-34 yr city-living females and free it from its legacy as TVN’s little sister.
Solution and Execution.
With a turnaround time of just over a month the pressure was on to bring a lighter, brighter and more youthful feel to this channel brand to house its quality reality show content.
Our design focused on the concept of “elevate” to bring a lightness and create movement in the branding. Sit back and relax. Let 7 take you there.
The design grid on screen and in print is one of the key elements that embodies the elevate concept. All layouts are built around the diagonal from bottom left to upper right, creating the sensation of elevation even without movement. In addition through the design of the colour palette, by using two shades together, we simulate the sensation of moving from one point to another.
